November 12, 2009. Times-Herald photographer Kelly Overton videos a training exercise for Washington Police and other police agencies around the area. Officers are required to train for two hours on the Emergency Vehicle Operating Course at least once a year. This training took place at Washington's Gwaltney Sports Complex.
