Please remember the legislature: NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND/ Exceptional Children's Program for our youth who are having academic struggles and are being served with an Individual Educational Plan which is an IEP. These are often wonderful students with great athletic abilities who are in jeopardy. Because of the need of more qualified teachers, these children are not being tested fairly. We can no longer discriminate against children with disabilities.
