About Me:

I started my6 law enforcement career in 1973 and still remain as an active police officer. My career started in PA and I migrated to MD in 1985. I spent 20 years with the Laurel City Police Department and retired. I continued in my career and have been with University Park Police Department for the past six years. I have worked as a Chief of Police in two small towns in PA before coming to MD. I have continued my career development throughout my career. I have developed police training course for MD Special Police Officers with curriculum.
