Are We Training the Right Things

Or more specifically are we excluding important topics that should be included?We spend a great deal of time on tactics, to be sure an important area. A copper's got to know how to shoot and to drive and defensive tactics, but do we spend to much time on these areas to the detriment of the areas that most coppers use much more often?
