About Me:
Retired in April 2000 from RCMP upon completing 35 yrs of service. Enrolled in University Kinesiology studies moving into Criminology / Criminal Justice Dept to instruct LEO Fitness, Use of Force / Officer Safety programs. Personal fitness trainer for LEO applicants, facilitate and supervise LEO physical evaluations, designated SWAT Fitness Specialist instructor with OpTac International. Presently conducting Scenario Based Training / Memory Recall research study.
