What is your WOD? I like to do about 30 minutes of jogging or kettlebell before work and I also do the "daily dozen" at work for about 15 minutes.

I am going to "jog" in the Tommy Guinta 5K in Fall River MA this weekend with my wife and daughter and her friend.

We run it every year. Last year the kids were really funny. "We are going to run all the way as fast as we can! " When I caught up to them they were sitting on a park bench with cramps. They did good and finished the race.

If you get a chance it is a great time and there is lots of food afterwards.

we ran the Thomas Guinta 5K in fall river, MA today. My wife won first place in the female LE division of the race, I finished in time to get some beans and franks! Great day if you are anywhere close by, put it on your calender for the first weekend in April next year.

Took my 35K to the beach and got a nice workout before work. Nice jog witht eh dogs. More rain heading this way so it put a damper on the outdoor fun. I should build a roof/patio and move everything outdoors.

I just bought a 10 pound sledge hammer and went dumpster diving for a tire to pound the crap out of. Mixed it in with 70lb swings and push ups, and that's a workout!...My wife saw the tier and was pissed, she thought I bought new tires for my car!

Just joined the group and want to say "howdy' from Texas. I started running about four years ago, and finished my first marathon last October...trying to gear up for the season.

Hello everyone. Im new to the group and thought I would introduce myself. I am not law enforcement yet, or atleast not stateside. I am currently in the US Army and stationed in Iraq. I joined this group because I have a little over 1 year before I become a civilian again and I plan on trying my hand as a law enforcement officer. If anybody has any advice please feel free to throw it at me. Hope to hear from a few of you soon

Hi Trevon, welcome. Stay in! Get your degree, the PD will be here when retire. I get paid $1,500 a month (with benefits) to stayhome. You will be able to start a second career. Be careful and come home safe!
