Hello, just new to the group. I am a Ministry of Forests compliance and enforement officer in British Columbia Canada. I am also the Canadian Firearms Safety Course instructor for both non restricted and restricted firearms, as well as the Conservation and Outdoor Recreation Education program instructor (Hunter Training). I teach the shotgun proficiency course for protection from dangerous wildlife to all local government employees and industrial forestry workers who need to carry during work. I am an active IPSC shooter as well as a firearm store owner. Handgun proficiency courses and testing are also offered. My training was completed at the Justice Institute of British Columbia for the most part. Anyway, just want to say hi, will watch the group for future posts and coments. I will get some more photos up on my page as soon as I can get organized :)

Hi from Colorado. I recently retired last year from Denver PD after 30 years (34 total). You would think that's enough, but I still miss it. I am a certified NTOA Instructor in ShootHouse CQB, IARD Active Shooter, FlashBang, and Less Lethal, with tons of tactical training materials to share, feel free to contact me. Currently, I have been added as an adjunct Instructor with GTI (Government Training Institute), their website is: http://www.gtitraining.org/

I've been a Firearms Instructor for going on 6 years and love it. It was a struggle for the "Guys" to accept me but they finally discovered that I could handle the never before shooters, the cry babies and all the ones they had no patience with and get them qualified and confident. I LOVE IT. IT IS MY FAVORITE PART OF MY JOB. Our department duty weapon is the Glock 2023 and we do not carry rifles or shotguns. Because of having to fight to be accepted, I am so glad that I found this group because I want to continue to learn everything I can to take back to my agency. I am a Glock Armorer and therefore I personally LOVE THE GLOCKS. I do however love to shoot any pistols especially 44's. Not much on rifles and such but want to see others inputs on technique, various pistols etc...

As usual, all good stuff. I appreciate everyone who has responded for I believe to understand a tactic you have to have multiple sources of input. "Seeing" tactics from "different eyes" is something I always strive for and you guys are providing those eyes,,thanks again

GUYS, GUYS.,,,,from my own experience, these guys on this site are the best. I have learned that when I had an issue, I would just start a discussion and let it go from there. You may not get a crazy response but I promise you that if somone reads that request and they have relevant information,,,you will get it. Just put it out there,,,,,welcome to a great site,,,,,Joe

Greetings all. I'm an instructor for about 11 years now, LE for 15. I teach throughout the year to multiple agencies and try to attend 1 or 2 classes per year as well. Part of what I'm looking for is AirSoft ideas for dynamic training. My dept stresses Rapid Deployment and we are looking for effective ways to do that on our turf.

Money is tight for our Department JUST like all of yours. What's the best night training you guys do without wasting so much ammo. I hate to keep telling our guys we will do it next year. My ass is on the line and our guys need trained in night fire. I know all of the techniques are the same as daytime. PLEASE some IDEAS
