I have recently been tasked with coming up with a Bike class for about 10-15 officers. I have no previous expirence with Police Cycling, and no time to get certified prior to when the class is scheduled for. Would anyone be will in to share a lesson plan with me? Any help or assistance would be most appreciated.

I served as a bike cop for awhile prior to 9/11.  I remember my first day (12 hr shift) after traning.  Went to a "Ryans" (like golden correl etc) and had not had enough to drink!  I fell into the isle, charlie horses everywhere...... Took about 15 minutes and 3 attendants to get me back into my seat!  I learned the lesson of water!
