Balaclava Use
Does your agency have a policy on balaclava use? Do you wear a balaclava during SWAT ops and if so, why?

When I was working SWAT we wore balaclavas for various reasons. One of those reasons was to keep the media from exposing our faces to the public while we did our job. Another reason was fire or sparks from our various munitions we used could injure one of the officers. And one of the final reasons was the cold enviroment we also operated in.
